Saturday 31st October and Sunday 1st November promise to be two more days not to be missed for all those who have our cultural heritage at heart. Heritage Malta will be opening the gates of Fort St. Angelo for what promises to be a special weekend at the newly restored fort just after its official opening.
In 2007 Heritage Malta was entrusted with the publicly accessible parts of the Fort, which have now been restored to create an unparalleled heritage experience. The project enables visitors to engage with the Fort’s crucial role through the ages in the defence of the Grand Harbour and the Maltese Islands. It also offers astounding vistas of the Grand Harbour, and an interactive educational experience for the whole family.
For the occasion, admission will be priced at just €1. The fort will be open between 9am and 5pm with last admission at 4:30pm.
