Senior Clerk Visitor Services

Scope – To enhance the general visitor experience within Heritage Malta by providing front-of-house services to visitors, including cashiering duties, assisting general queries and assisting in the museum shop.

Applicants must be in possession of:

  • Ordinary level certification in five subjects including Mathematics, English, Maltese and one other language and proven working experience in a Customer Care environment.
  • Basic computer skills
  • A valid Police Conduct Certificate
